1 lbs extra lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzerella etc)
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Heat oven to 400F, grease pie plate.
Cook beef and onion together, add salt.
Drain and spread into pie plate, cover with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour over meat and cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
