2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup sliced onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
Put chicken in small shallow baking dish. Scatter onion over chicken. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on high in microwave 5-7 minutes.
