Crockpot BBQ Meatballs

1 1/2 cup chili sauce
1 cup grape jelly
1-3 tsp dijon mustard
1 lbs cooked meatballs

Combine the first three ingredients in the slow cooker.  Cover and cook on high while preparing meatballs.  Add to sauce, stir to coat.  Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.  Serve over noodles.
