Crockpot Swiss Steak

1 1/2lbs round steak, cut 3/4" thick
2 tbsp flour
1 stalk celery, chopped
1-15oz can tomato sauce

Cut round steak into serving pieces.  Dredge meat in flour and place in the crockpot.  Top with celery and cover with tomato sauce.  Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on low 4-5 hours.
