Crockpot Meatball Stew

40 meatballs
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 bag baby carrots
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 cans chicken broth
1 tsp parsley flakes
black pepper
1-13oz can evaporated milk

Cook everything but milk for 10-12 hours on low.  Stir in milk for last hour of cooking.

* You can make up the meatballs and freeze them in freezer bags, then you can pull them out to use in this recipe
